We're happy to offer shipping throughout Canada!

 SHIPPING

Orders are processed and packaged within 1-3 days from the time that they're placed. At Butler Sock’s we provide free shipping for orders over $30 Canadian dollars. 

We ship by courier to your door and you can expect delivery within 7-10 days from ordering via trusted couriers including UPS, Canada Post, or Fedex.

 At Butler Socks, we understand that flexibility matters, and we’re happy to offer you two convenient payment methods.

 For all our clients.

 When checking out, you can either pay the full amount using PayPal or your credit card, and we’ll ship your order within 48 hours.

 Only for customers with a registered business and after registration on our website.

We are the only official representative in Canada of socks from the Turkish factory BROSS. For our wholesale customers we have special terms of cooperation and an excellent system of discounts. 

Alternatively, you can choose our manual payment option. In this case, 50% of the order value is due upon ordering. We’ll issue an invoice for this downpayment, ship your order, and then send a second invoice for the remaining 50%, which will be due within 30 days of receiving your order.

Payments can be made through our website, by e-Transfer to butlersock@gmail.com, or by cheque to Butler Socks, 4 Joyce Ave, Truro NS. B2N 5H3.

PAYEMENT POLICY

 If you change your mind about your order for whatever reason, we will accept your return as long as it’s initiated within 30 days of your order date. You can initiate a return by calling or emailing our customer service team. To qualify for a return, socks must be unworn, unwashed, and the tags must still be attached. 

We will refund what you paid for the merchandise less our own shipping cost.

  Any costs associated with returning the items are the responsibility of the customer. We ask that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return otherwise.

  Once your returned items have been received and looked over, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
