We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Domestic: All states and territories within Canada.

 

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days.

  • Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 1 business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.
 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number.
 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination regulations.
     

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Butler Socks is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
 

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact our customer service team immediately. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in process.
